Return Policy

  • Aap product receive karne ke 7 days ke andar return request raise kar sakte hain.

  • Return tabhi accept hoga jab product unused, undamaged, aur original packaging ke saath ho.

  • Opened ya used products return nahi kiye ja sakte (special cases customer support decide karega).

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Missing items in the package

Agar aisa koi issue hai toh please delivery ke 24–48 hours ke andar humein contact karein.

  2. Order number aur issue ka short description bhejein.

  3. Hamari team aapko return steps guide karegi.

  4. Courier pickup arrange hoga (jitna possible ho).

Refund Policy

  • Return item receive aur inspect hone ke baad hi refund process hoga.

  • Refund process hone mein 5–7 business days lag sakte hain.

  • Refund hamesha original payment method par hi milega.

  • Agar COD order hai, toh refund bank transfer/UPI ke through milega.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care items

  • Hygiene-related products

  • Sale/clearance items
    (Ye items safety & hygiene reasons ki wajah se non-returnable hote hain.)

Exchange

  • Exchange stock availability par depend karta hai.

  • Same product ka size/color exchange, agar available ho, arrange kiya jayega.
